The countries you named punish criminals, they don't imprison. When this country started we didn't have prisons. We had jails which held people until their trial then punishment. Then liberals came along and said that was mean so we built prisons. Another liberal fukk up in a LONG LONG line of fukk ups.

BEIJING: China, which puts more inmates to death than the rest of the world combined, is reporting fewer executions this year after reinstating a requirement that every death sentence must be reviewed and approved by the country's highest court.

I guess you want us to catch up with them to lower our prison population.
