The only folks you left out are the 'compensation consultants' that are hired to mostly pump up the CEO's earnings 'potential' and complete the cozy circle... I tend to read the contracts of CEO's when buying stock for longer than a trade in any particular firm, and it's amazing how similar in perks many of them are. Most give the top person three years pay if they leave, immediate vesting, continued use of the plane, a staff and office, on and on. Of course if you are Jack Welch, you apparently get to also live free the rest of your life, enjoy free Knicks tickets, and God knows what else!! And the Republican talking heads on Fox wonder why 'change' is such a popular word this year, along with higher taxes on the wealthy...
