You can't claim one document includes passivation and one doesn't. Now that is quite the foolish claim. The dimensions don't jive anyway. Plus the Series 400 document specifies no die dimension at all. Your link does prove however that dual core (C2Ds) are being sold as single core chips. Now Intel is still selling millions of single core chips per quarter and we also know that they make millions of defective dual core chips per quarter that could be recovered and sold as single cores. It takes NO leap of faith to conclude that is exactly what Intel does.

I'm sorry that you see ignoring the truth as the only way of dealing with it.
