Finally, you post something worthwhile repeating: For now obamas story is an inspiring one for all americans and he somehow got diverted by the evil but smart clintons. He lost his voice and needs to risk it all and say whats in his heart. You really should stop defending Ferraro. It doesn't do much for your credibility, because everyone except for rabid Hillary fans and the KKK think her comments were racist.

Ferraro left herself wide open to those characterizations..only she knows what's in her heart: re race.. If she spoke at an academic seminar one could more easily make the case for separating out author intent..but you know, Larry Summers spoke at an academic meeting and look at what happened.. Geraldine has been around for too long..Clinton has too..they knew/know what they were doing..and that they can legalese their way thru the criticism they knew would follow.. So instead of talking about Hillary's lies and exaggerations about her FP credentials, we have this..instead of Obama fleshing out his own FP and economy cred, we have this...........
