I think you just missed the memo. The US Government just announced that they are going to buy the mortgages of every distressed person in america, and allow them to stay in their houses for free. That's called communism. Our entire political system just changed in the last 2 hours. The dow is now up 33 and soaring because the government has JUST SAID they are going to bail out every bank and debase our currency, no matter what the cost. The housing mess is over. The government is going to buy all bad loans, period. This game is over. Time to go long every stock. Too bad the dollar is going to zero against every other world currency and gold, but those are the breaks.
