You think AIDS or multi-resistant syphilis or gonorrhea DOESN'T put people's lives in danger?

If the prostitute has AIDS, knows it, and doesn't use a condom, or tell her partner than sure you have a possible reckless endangerment charge. In fact I think its been prosecuted as attempted murder (but its possible I'm getting a TV drama plot mixed up with the real world <g>). Of course someone doesn't have to be a prostitute for that to be reckless endangerment. The issue is the unprotected sex, with a deadly STD, and not even telling your partner you have the disease, not prostitution.

You keep bringing up things which are factors of sex, or unprotected sex, or adultery. None of those are illegal. Prostitution is.

DUI used to be treated much less seriously. Its not just an issue of better tests for intoxication.

Barney Frank has introduced a bill to allow the FHA will buy all those bad mortgages.

Well that doesn't exactly strengthen the incentive for lenders, loan brokers, and investors in the loans to be more careful in the future...
