He couldn't have been paying attention to what his pal was doing, for the past 10 years or so, then. :-/ That whole article had me laughing. The Feds are at least following the letter of the law. Spitzer basically blackmailed companies into doing what he wanted or he'd sue. And the "Entrapment" of Eliot??? No wonder Dershowitz called his autobiography "Chutzpah".
