cheating on his spouse certainly will not affect his law license. Ethics violations will. Prosecuting prostitution rings while using other prostitution ringan will tip the scales. He will be disbarred.

Interesting choice of words: cheating, soliciting, livelihood, unlikely.

Missing are the words illegal, wealthy, structuring, felony, criminal enterprise, interstate, 10 years, violation, $80,000, etc.

But then again, it's the NY Times.

He should lose his bar license in all 50 states as there has to be some law that requires sound mental abilties for an attorney.

Just look at what Spitzer spend $5,000 for an hour on.
