Good post. But I can't agree with this part: "Mathematically it seems that the delegate leads by Obama should be more than enough to cover whatever advantage HRC gets from Florida. If Michigan is split evenly, then it is a non factor."

The party "supers" WILL decide this election, one way or the other. Obama can't win it outright. Both sides are in the process of collecting "evidence" to present to the supers that they are the best candidate. Every pledged delegate counts, momentum counts, electability counts, the Pop vote counts. And all the 'impressions' of the candidates can change in a heartbeat.

Hill is scoring some points recently. I would say the momentum is on her side. The Obama folks seem asleep.....
