Any sex, whether money is involved or not, can lead to the transmission of disease, hence the term Sexually Transmitted Disease.

The sexual transmission of disease can be easily prevented, as it is in all civilized places where prostitution is legal.

As for presenting a fuller argument for why prostitution should be legal, I'd really rather not bother. The case has been presented so well, so many times, by so many people that it would just be silly to rehash it.

In any case, you have yet to present any argument for prostitution being illegal that can't also apply to sex in general.
