Buy of a lifetime? Probably Citi is huge, its balance sheet is much better than others in the financial sector and i believe we are near the bottom (or at least over the worse) of the financial crisis. That said, I think it makes sense to buy when everyone else is selling, too scared to get back in. who cares if it goes down a little more, fluctuates a bit, before it starts the climb back up. Long term I see this as a buy.
