If Jay's rumor is true, it looks like the Singapore sovereign fund may already have made a massive loss on their 9% equity investment in UBS for $10 billion dollars.

Quite a feat for an investment that is only two weeks old.

I haven't heard of a single sovereign fund investment that has turned out well.

These governments should refund the money in these funds to their citizens and let them shepherd their own investments.
