Kenny's problem is that he's looking at this through the eyes of an ambulance chasing lawyer. What the meaning of "is" is, beyond all reasonable doubt, etc., etc.

Obambi's relationship with his preacher is a political, not legal matter and, IMO, in the court of public opinion, Obambi's going to get a proper reaming...
