not TWA 2006, valuejet, john jr.... certainly a parachute would have been mandatory in order to be in a plane of john jr who failed the bar multiple occasions.

even some small private jets have a plane parachute (a parachute for the actual plane)

if you're telling me that folks in the buildings would have refused the parachutes, you gotta be kidding me. if available, they would have been used and some would be saved.

building jump parachutes have been certified and verified.
