I think there was a plan in place to have a mass endorsement of Obama after March 4th. If it had been clear that Clinton picked up less than 10 net delegates that day then I think the plan would have been enacted. But the mainstream media spun it as a landslide victory for Clinton across the board.

I was hoping the mass endorsement would have occurred after Obama's wins in Wyoming and Mississippi wiped out Clinton's meager gains from 3/4, but the media spin was again unbalanced and again very pro-Clinton.

IMO the super delegates are now waiting for all the pledged delegates to be decided so when they mass endorse Obama, it will put him over 2,025 and essentially put an end to Clinton's campaign well before the August convention. The key is to give Clinton a firm "no" and yet minimize the furor from the Clinton faithful.

Hillary just about wrapped it up ... not getting a shot at Majority Leader.

Why would she do that?

Hmmmm. She and Bill are making $25 mil a year.

Even if she gets divorced, she can make $10 mil. She didn't really want to be Senator. Those boring committee assignments. And all the fundraising which is now so 1990's.

If she doesn't win, she won't run in 2012 for reelection. Since 2000 this has been all about the Presidency. She's been thinking of it for 35 years.

That's why she can take a no holds barred approach in this campaign. It's now or never.

Which it is, anyway.
