You and I must be on the same page...when I first read Omama's page, and the items he had under position papers, I noticed that national defense was on the page two of that second and near the bottom.....then realized it was in alpha order...but still, if there is "nothing there, and the "nothing there is at the bottom of the list" is that his policy?

In fact in his "Blueprint for change" the Foreign Policy page (#50) is completely blank.
