I'm looking at GGP SPG KIM and TCO retail CRE shorts, and BXP and VNO as office shorts.

I don't know how to differentiate them, do you? I learned only too late that the key to homebuilder shorts was *debt load* - that's why MDC and NVR farked me for sooooooo long.

Got some feedback on the big mall in Santa Maria today. My buddy says it looked 40% vacant to him and no traffic in the middle of the day.
