Mary, I've been surprised to learn how many people in the party, mainly on the left I think, who REALLY don't like the Bill Clinton presidency.

I always thought that looking back with fondness on the successes of the Clinton years would help people want to vote for Hillary. But apparently there's alot of anomosity toward him from Democrats, aside from the Lewinsky thing. They see failures maybe? Maybe even consider it a failed presidency.

I'm just seeing all of this so I don't know the origin. I'm thinking there is a philosophical division within the party that I didn't fully appreciate. A couple of things have been said that made me think more was expected from Bill...maybe more social programs?

It's interesting.
