I prefer Qool-Aid to Nool-Aid, it doesn't leave a bitter aftertaste.

Re: Point/Counterpoint v Qoolaid

No one appreciates diverse views about this company more than I.Having been around, and attuned, since 1997 (too long, though not as long as many), I haven't been in Jonestown since "the bubble" burst. However, my specific comment to Eric was directed towards the two core assertions he made - what the confidential 1992 and 2001 licenses provide as to certain old, foundational patents being(or not being) fully paid up, and the relative values of all other relevant Nokia and Qualcomm IPR. While Eric has much to share about many issues (and I have learned a great deal from him during the past decade), he has no specific knowledge nor expertise as pertains to the two issues previously identified. His assertions as to same were incompetent, and intended solely to inflame.
