LOL...The loan originators financed those crap borrowers!

Those people shouldn't have gotten financed in the first place.

But no - they shouldn't get a better rate than you. You should have the same opportunity to refi.

What you're hearing is a person who believes the lending institutions are 90% to blame for this mess. The investment you made in your home is being negatively impacted by lenders that abandoned ALL good lending practices.

Mark my words....some of these people are going to jail
