I am baking an apple pie right now and smoking a pork roast. This roast is really looking good. I roasted 1/3 cup of all season berries for about 5 minutes and then crushed them up. Then I took 6 green onions and chopped and put in food processor, chopped up and added 3 jalapeno peppers, pinch of salt, a couple of grinds of pepper and added my all season and processed into a paste that I stuffed into slits I made and then covered the roast with paste and refrigerated over night. Now I've got it on the water smoker with hickory and I put the remainder of the paste and some water and white wine and garlic cloves in the water pan and we be smokin!
