Sure it does. Else "freedom of speech" means nothing except you can cuss. If you read "The Federalist Papers", they were very concerned over the freedom of political speech. And the only political speech that is going to be curtailed is dissent.

You have to get pretty abstract to hold dissent as "aiding and abetting the enemy".

I understand Ali's frustration. Ann is a nasty piece of work. But she isn't a traitor.

On the other hand, she will get her opportunity to turn into a dissenter before too much longer. It will be interesting to see if she can refine her message.
