Commits to Becoming NASDAQ Compliant "Mar 10, 2008 21:49:51 (ET) CLINTON TOWNSHIP, Mich., Mar 10, 2008 (PrimeNewswire via COMTEX) -- AmeriChip International, Inc. (ACII, Trade ), announced today that it is committed to becoming NASDAQ compliant, especially with the NASDAQ Stock Market rule which requires a company's board to consist of a majority of independent directors. From the Nasdaq.com web site "The Board of Directors of The NASDAQ OMX Group, Inc. (the "Company") sets high standards for the Company's employees, officers and directors. Implicit in this philosophy is the importance of sound corporate governance. It is the duty of the Board of Directors to serve as a prudent fiduciary for shareholders and to oversee the management of the Company's business." Contained within the PR is the following quote; "It is the duty of the Board of Directors to serve as a prudent fiduciary for shareholders" They chose this statement to include in the PR and yet they seem to be less than candid with us the shareholders. IF the goal truly is to become NASDAQ compliant when are they going to start living up to the standards set forth in this portion of the PR? Most of you guys know that I've been long in this company for a couple of years and watched my first investment decay and then my shares reduced by the R/S. Now I'm watching the same thing happen with my continued purchases and you guys are actually talking about another R/S??? That would honestly be the death knell for me. I'm trying to stay positive with this company. I believed in the technology when I first got on board and still do but I'm having some problems with the way management has treated us. That's why I haven't posted much lately but simply sit here on the sidelines and read you comments daily looking for the "silver lining" Gary
