PSP.V the question to me is one of sales

I believe I was the first person to mention it here and I had a substantial number of shares at one time. I followed the company closely for awhile.

Where they have stumbled IMO is generating new revenues and contracts. I believe the company originally thought that Sentry was a way for them to cash in on lucrative federal contracts in the US. Management consisted of GD vets which made me agree. They didn't seem to need Sentry for any other reason IMO as a couple years back they were growing their distributors here rather rapidly.

Fast forward a couple years and the contracts didn't materialize and they are left with an unprofitable operation in the US that was bleeding money. I think gatorhawk was intended to be a way to fix this. They had all this excess capacity and gatorhawk had some customers. The match made sense from that perspective.

In summary as much as I like David Scott I think they miscalculated the US market and stumbled. They are now trying to correct it. I think there is a decent chance they will be able to but they need to prove it. A few substantial contracts and it has the potential to triple or more. The open question is still whether they have the personnel that can make those contracts happen. I am in a wait and see mode. If they show they have fixed their sales organization it might be a bargain at a much higher price. Right now they are not predicting anything better than break even for awhile so unless they get some of those new contracts its dead money to me.
