The anti-black rightwing smears against Obama now are VERY racist. Which is ironic since Obama is half white Kansas methodist who has had trouble being accepted by the black community because he isnt "black enough". I was listening to rightwing radio the other day and they were trying to scare people with fascist type fear mongering predictions that if Obama wins the angry blacks will take over, punish whites and demand reparations for slavery. That is total nonsense, but it feeds into KKK type stereotypes which are part and parcel of the entire rightwing mentality from the NRA to the Militia Movement to the KKK to the Rush Limbaugh/Sean Hannity corporate fascist movement. The truth is that nobody could ever damage this country as badly as Bushies have in the past seven years. They took a very healthy economy and a perfectly prepped military and ruined both within 5 years. Along the way they disguised and lied about every single one of their policies. And they ushered in the most corrupt and damaging period in US political history. They even attacked our sacred Constitution and Bill Of Rights. Not to mention about 4,000,000 people killed, maimed or left homeless, mainly in Iraq while we are less safe because Bushies have created many more enemies and America-haters than they have managed to dispatch.
