Who gives a squirt of warm piss about this argument. Fact is if things go bad in this country there will be plenty of weapons to take from the overseers and all will be involved in survival and no longer connected by semantics, but united in the pursuit of freedom.

We don't live in a high tech police state, yet, and most of us don't want that situation. The fact you continually ignore is, when law enforcement is not present, people who are capable of defending themselves and their homes from predatory criminals are relatively safe. The violent crime statistics in our nation are huge and general reflect both the liberties we offer individuals to map out their own lives and defenseless victims of criminals who abuse those liberties.
