Also, IMHO, I don't know if Obama would be competent enough to manage a small business, successfully, never mind managing and planning and evaluating and repairing the most complex business of this world, America.

Of the three candidates left, who in your opinion would? McCain has said he does not understand economy. Hillary couldn't run her campaign and blew her lead in the polls that she had six months ago. She also ran out of money and to dig into her own pocket because she failed to convince her investors. THat just leaves Barack.

You need to get out more like I said. I travel quite extensively and the mood in Europe, where our oldest allies are (not in Zimbabwe) is fairly disappointing. They think we are idiots and we are a laughingstock. The governments may try to parse words and minimize our differences, but you speak the common folk in Britain, France, Germany, Spain, Italy...they wonder why the American people don't do more to get rid of Bush. They HATE him and they blame us for voting him in twice. All of them are looking forward to a new President so that America can be great again. It's weird but they say that with sadness. They dislike our country now, but they want it to go back to the old days when we were that beacon of hope for everyone. I know just how they feel. Not much to be proud of nowadays, unless you have your head in the sand and you still think we're a great country despite all the evidence of the last 7 years.
