I did but we still have a problem. It's the plumbing. The A/C drains down through the pipe and it's got a clog that's causing it to back up through the sink. We tried draino, we tried snaking it but it wouldn't go past a certain point, tried the bladder on the end of a hose to blast the clog, that wouldn't get past a certain point in the pipe either. There's a weird bend in this pipe. So, to make a long story short, we have the A/C running, we have a pail under the sink with the p trap removed so the water will drain down into the pail that has to be emptied very 6-8 hours and the guy should be here around noon to 1pm to fix it.

It's complicated and complicated=expensive!
