There are a limited number of companies that can borrow directly from the fed, JPM is one of them.

Imo the value of BSC common is negative (ie assets worth much less than liability), they are in effect doing a bankruptcy liquidation without involving a court, while at the same time throwing a very tiny bone to the shareholders.

I'm sure the lawsuits will be flying.
