I suspect the value of the U.S. Dollar is low enough to make the American economy quite competitive.

Could the Dollar fall further? Yes, but that will bring it below intrinsic value.

The moment we pull out of Iraq and other foolish Bush "empire missions", the U.S. Dollar will jump up in value. Sentiment changes overnight in the FX market.
