Yeah, systemic bailout impossible. Talk about playing with
nukes for 20 years. Black Monday is quite possible. They will
sure through everything they've got.

The 25 billion drain (reverse coupon pass) of the past two
weeks was likely the cause, but given how the Fed behaved,
it looks more like unintentional stupidity, rather than
intentional popping of derivatives bubble. -g-

Multiply by 30 or 40 to get a full effect of that monetary
drain. Yes, new TAF was announced, but it is not yet operational.
