Was he in attendance at the church when Rev. Jeremiah Wright was sounding-off in one of these at-issue Jeremiads? As I understand it... that's retired Minister, and ex-adviser, who's offensive previous comments have all now been both 'rejected and repudiated'.... <GGG> (Anyway... I thought Obama was supposed to be some sort of Manchurian Candidate Muslim? How can he be a 'radical' Christian at the same time? Sounds a bit like a tautology.) Now I'm thinking about pulling the lever for Big Mac... because I heard in an email that JFK was a secret Baptist! :-) (Oh, no, wait... aren't the Catholics out calling Minister Hagee [claimed as a McCain 'spiritual adviser'...] a Minister of Hate? Oh darn... I'm so confused now!)

Will he weather this? I don't think so... at the beginning, the question was, "Is obama experienced enough?" Now, the question is, "Is obama American enough?" He doesn't wear a flag pin the way every other candidate did, he never salutes or places his hand over his heart for the National Anthem, his wife made an anti-American comment just two weeks ago that she has never been proud of America, and now the pastor with whom obama has been "very close friends" for more than 20 years is a lunatic zealot... let's start connecting the dots... Has obama NEVER had a conversation with that paster about anything? I find that impossible to believe... he may get the demohack nomination, but mccain will have a picnic with obama after the nominations are completed... I say, birds of a feather will flock together...<g> GZ
