there's a home down the street from me that was listed a year and a half ago for $640K, now down to $520K and still vacant

Which thereby begs the question of what the value of YOUR home is and why you're still living there??

Apparently your home is not worth much less than that one down the street (with respect to comparable sq/ft valuation), yet it's still occupied (by you)..

What do you think that home is worth, since you know your neighborhood and I don't?
