The point that John is trying to make is that if the system falls apart far enough, possession is 9 points of the law. And paper, or more likely electrons, have not as much value.

Now, I think that would be a rather extreme scenario. But not an impossible one.


Its very difficult to get gold, the metal. The best you can do is get the paper shares.
