The CEO gets the money while the shareholders lost big time. There will be class action lawsuits coming to Bear Stearns. This stuff is total corruption behind the scene.

if bonuses were not hedged against the on coming inflation outburst, they will be worth not much.

If I were them I would have bought farmland in Brazil.
