considering it was the heavy exposure to securitized mortgage investments that did them in...ironic that the bear stearn building is the biggest asset they had......

Most 55+ in Florida are the biggest losers in value some communities have comps back to 1990-92 levels. Some stunning drops..I can go on and on about this state..just incredible. You guys ain't seen anything yet in Tucson or St George if what is happening down here is leading edge of your future.. So much for boomers, Canadians and Europeans cashing in their chips, moving to the sunshine and saving the day..it will happens but at a snails pace<g>
