Of course not. The working man was not bailed out - but management was. IOW, those heroes that drove the ship onto the rocks still have a job instead of just letting Bear go bankrupt.

The real damage is NOT to the shareholders or workers but the strength of our dollar. If the American people are expected to guarantee these reckless tactics and funds - then the American taxpayer should also be rewarded. That is NOT what is happening.

This is about as far from capitalism as one can get - "we'll do this for the benefit of the State".
