Hi bob, I think the offer just put a floor under the stock. As you know very well, this sector is not a favorite of the market at this time and with the overall turmoil in the equities markets, it may not be fair to judge Ms. Puma based solely on the stock price. Yes, the product transition has not gone well and that's an issue that lies on mgmt's shoulders, imo. As to the options candy, that's an issue which most companies in this industry simply ignore. The board, the insiders get excessive options regardless of the performance of the company. In fact, its almost a reason to cause poor performance, as that way the insiders get their candy at excessively low prices. They are not aligned with shareholder's interests, no matter how much they protest this point. jmo TO
