You are out of touch with reality in America today. It's cheaper for an insurance company to amputate a limb than to repair it. "Coverage is denied," a refrain many of us know too well. You figure it out what that statement means...

Since you are so familiar with it why don't you post a list of a thousand people whose legs have been amputated because the insurance company ordered it? While you may believe whatever conspiracy theories were implanted while your aluminum foil hat was being cleaned it does not make it true.
