BS! Saturn takes all credit cards (except Diners, Discovery and JCB - as well as Danish Dankort). Unlike some US institutions, who only take US billing address cards that is.

Incidentally, United Airlines while claiming on their www.ual.com web site that "only credit cards with US billing address are accepted" don't even honor all of those. Contrary to their web site statement they only accept Amexco starting with card numbers '371...' (US issued) as opposed to for instance '374...' (European issued) totally independent of the billing address being US or not.

Very good for their business indeed from international business men. Fu.... stupid IMO and their 'customers service' doesn't even react to complaints from their frequent flyers or other customers complaining.

Another one is Ralph Lauren on site shop, accepts cards from US, Canada and Japan only.

Anything else you want to know about credit card acceptance in Europe?
Like in Italy?...
