Deflation IS low bond yields.


Personally, I prefer Deflation IS Inflation. <g>

That yield curve chart he has covering 1999-2008 and is "asking" if it's stagflation made me go look for an old chart of mine covering the '70s when stagflation did actually exist... funny how similar the charts are.

That is about it. Oh and it costs much less to remodel your house than two years ago and rents are somewhat cheaper in the ground zero bubble markets.. Have to look at the big picture. Housing bubble was a misallocation of capital the likes we have never seen before..
