Since I am not really that bright, can someone explain to
me why BSC is trading above $2?

Is this saying that this deal with JPM will not happen at $2
because the shareholders won't approve it?

Could the deal go to someone else?

I would have thought there was a substantial breakup fee involved?

I am just baffled - but you guys understand M & A better than I do.

thanks

On the other hand, overreaching bears could be dealt a hard blow with the aid of the fed.

How true, but for a very short time. Remember September 15th?

Begs the question. Who makes the decision? Who must be lobbied, is Lehman lobbying hard enough to be allowed to survive?

Evidently it failed in doing so.

It is disgusting. I am not allowed to call it a fraud. A fraud to clients, stockholders and last but not least, employees.

Yes it was one big fraud. I forgot the bondholders <g>.
