reminders to self, if I get a chance to do any homework

review carefully the DRUG DISCOVERY PLATFORMS section,
that is the sort of googling I enjoy anyway.
-----------------------------

Lorcaserin--5-HT2C receptor agonist, that is on the
Merck not interested list
-------------
The Circadian section is all over the map, a fantasy
shopping list too. I see they're not interested in
persuing partnerships in melatonin modulators or
antihistamines. Well, there is no money in that
(but those are the only things that work for me).

----------------------------

ANA598--NS5B polymerase inhibitor
NS5B is not listed at all, but NS5A is (see below)

Merck interested

ANTIVIRALS – HCV
Areas of Interest:
• Protease inhibitors
– 1st generation - Phase II or later
– 2nd generation – active against genotypes 1, 2,
and 3, and key mutants with preclinical safety
data and PK suggestive of b.i.d. dosing
• Nucleoside inhibitors
• Non-nucleoside inhibitors in Phase II/II
• Small-molecule inhibitors of HCV helicase
• NS5A inhibitors with proven mechanism of action
• HCV viral entry inhibitors
• Orally active TLR agonists
• Cyclophillin or cyclosporin analogues
• Novel mechanism agents

I should go over to Dew's thread at that other place
and review HCV.

Or I'll install this World of Warcraft free 14 day demo, heh.

How about adding INCY to your list?
