Islamists who expose their children to religious hatred are evil. Harvard educated parents who expose their own children to racial hatred spewed as religion are no less evil. Loving the sinner and hating the sin is not presenting the sinner with one's children and with smiles of affirmation. The message or this pastor is ample reason for a belief system that has no pride in America. But there is invincible stupidity in the world and the internet allow all to expose all.

I think you need to read what he said more carefully. I don't think he lied at all. He spoke very carefully- as any politician with a load of critics should. Very Clintonesque of him. Maybe the differences between an Obama Administration and a Clinton Administration wouldn't be that significant?

It is not what he said, it is what he did not say. That is why this story has legs and why I believe he is making a speech about "race" tomorrow. I will assume he will talk some about his church/religion relationship too. He is needs to quell the up roar and regain his footing and leadership in polls etc. over clinton.
