Obama has spun that "crazy uncle" line. But Uncle Jeremiah isn't really Barry's uncle. He's not family at all, but his close friend and spiritual mentor. If you are going to maintain you'd have no problem with a Presidential candidate so closely associated with an Aryan Nations leader, I'll have to continue to chalk that up to one more difference between us. Because I would have a problem with that. I would not have a problem with a person having a relative (for example) who was one. I actually respect people who don't just dispose of all their "problematic" friends and relatives. I kind of hate seeing people jettisoned because they no longer contribute to the candidates image.
