Makes me wonder if buying calls on BSC would not be a good idea. What if Joe Lewis is able to block the takeover of BSC? What if the employees are able to block it? Would a major pop in the stock follow? He may have a good case. He has already lost almost a billion, what is another 100 million to hire attorneys. Maybe he offers 600 million for BSC. Stands in front of the TV camera and say "I may go as high as a BILLION!" That would monkey wrench the "closed door boys".
