I agree, let's see the Fed open up another window for the little guy -- I'm sure a lot of people must have some Dr Koop shares in an account somewhere that they would like to be able to put to the Fed at 90% of their IPO cost in exchange for US Treasuries as a temporary financing measure -- that way Bubba could get out of the trailer for a while and stretch his legs and help the economy at the same time by reloading on beer and cigarettes

hohoho - Ron Insana discussed that very topic this morning. The Fed has the ability to directly enter the economy and "buy services" if it deems necessary........
