On this day when Obama gave his race speech it seems appropriate ask if he will support the libertarian belief that all citizens should be treated equally under the law. Will he call for the end of separate hiring rules for whites and nonwhites, men and women, rich and poor? Will he end the practice of class discrimination in our tax codes? Will he eliminate special oversight of business based solely on its size? Will he denounce calls for windfall profit taxes for those engaged in unpopular commerce?
