I expect the POG to see $750-$800 before $1200.

My market view is always balanced. I list the positives and the negatives and take history into account and use charts to support that history. I don't play the momentum game like most money managers do. My intermediate term market view is bullish. I am bearish on commodities. I was one of the few Gold Bulls on SI when Gold was trading at $250-$260 an ounce. I'm no equity permabull, but a realist. Many of the problems facing the US economy are well known and are discounted. Nothing is confirmed here yet. The S@P 500 may still fall below the 1250 level before this leg down is complete.

The year ending in '8' within each decade typically makes the low of the year before the end of March. There was one exception to the rule which occurred in 1998. In that year, the first quarter low was followed by a second quarter rally. But, an October Panic caused a slightly lower yearly low.
