yes

Unfortunately - there is a confidentiality restriction attached to the email..

... but quite frankly - the e goes 'round and 'round
meaning nothing new:

no customer name - because of the "customer's wishes" - (supposedly)
the "customer" (singular) being a publicly traded company ..(which is where she lost me.. I thought that publicly traded companies were supposed to provide info to the public when asked.... yes? anyone? and a suggested SINGLE customer was not what I wanted to hear...)
..

....even w/a beautiful building and lots of real people and equipment... ??!@#$%^&* ... something about Bill Gates taking a while to succeed..

But - understanding the focus of a shop floor - I can't really loose faith just because they're not acceptably agile w/ good Pr's etc etc...

So here's my take:

1 - the patents exist - so that makes me happy
2 - the falling dollar = more desirable exports = expansion of US manufacturing especially for the auto industry - which also make me happy
3 - the pipe project = old news - but the completed tooling for same makes me happy

laser cutting is nothing new
the "pre-score" for the heavy machining = green and as far as I know = a new direction

So here I sit................

ted M: I received a response from her.

My e-mail was a less-than-flattering piece commenting on the *THREE* PR's re: becoming NASDAQ compliant, among other things. I pointed out that the three PRs were confusing and not really relevant to what's going on today, it looked to me like a ploy to SELL SHARES. I guess I should have clarified: help someone who bought in a private placement to sell shares.

Obviously, she replied that they are *NOT* selling shares, they are paying down debt. In the Filings, I see millions being sold for cash in private placements so my viewpoint is a bit different, they are selling shares to *SOMEONE*, they just aren't selling them in the open market. The one buying the shares is selling them ... and who knows what agreements they have as far as ACII providing PR support to help them unload. Those three NC PRs reeked of something going on there, IMO. Today's PRs have slightly more substance ... but not much, a lot of it is re-hashed benefits we learned of a couple years ago.

I think we all should keep our eyes on the U.S. patent website the next couple of months as one of today's PRs state that they will be filing for a patent on this oil pipe technology in 2nd quarter of '08. They have set a target date, they have missed on so many that I'm not counting on this being done by "late Spring '08". But, you never know.....
